1. Uptime Commitment
SolarKit guarantees a 99.9% Monthly Uptime Percentage for our Cloud Dashboard and IoT Gateway services.
2. Service Credits
If we do not meet the Uptime Commitment, you will be eligible to receive a Service Credit as described in our billing policies.
